1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of Shivon Consultancy Pte. Ltd. ("Shivon Consultancy", "we", "our", or "us") or submitting candidate applications / employer requisitions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations of Singapore.

2. Recruitment & Manpower Services

Shivon Consultancy acts as a licensed employment agency in Singapore. We provide candidate sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, and Work Pass facilitation. Submission of a resume does not guarantee job placement, nor does an employer requisition guarantee immediate fulfillment without a formal corporate agreement.

3. Accuracy of Information

Candidates warrant that all information, employment records, qualifications, and trade certifications provided in their resumes and application submissions are true, accurate, and complete. Providing fraudulent documentation may result in immediate disqualification and report to regulatory authorities.

4. Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Approvals

All Work Permit, S Pass, and Employment Pass approvals remain subject to the sole discretion and statutory determination of the Singapore Ministry of Manpower. While Shivon Consultancy prepares and submits applications with highest professional diligence, approval timelines and outcomes are governed by statutory authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Shivon Consultancy Pte. Ltd. and protected by Singapore and international intellectual property laws.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
